Wes Naman-
Tape Art:
Photographs Show Terrifying Smashed-Face Effect
So forget special effects, and makeup; all you need is to turn a loyal friend into a monster by using little scotch tape like photographer Wes Naman. Naman used the unassuming office supply to transform human faces into bizarre flesh mashups, creating a unique series both amusing and looking scary.
Naman stumbled upon the technique while wrapping Christmas presents with his assistant when the two began toying with the sticky medium, deforming the shape of their faces to the point where they can’t be recognized. When Naman started, as a side project it turned into a photographic adventure as Wes Naman took on by capturing his friends in truly silly manner.
When i first saw these photographs I thought they were digitally manipulated. To find out that he used scott tape impressed me. It shows how malleable our human form is. This really messes with facial communication modes.

I really want to hear your descriptions of the work! Please don't cut and paste without sourcing your reference.
Thanks!
These photos are wild! You're right, you don't need any special effects to make people scary monsters, all you need is something simple, like scotch tape. Very silly indeed though, I can't really tell the emotions they must have anymore. I wonder what other things at Hobby Lobby you could buy to make silly portraits of people to the point that they don't even look like the same ol guy anymore? Awesome description.
